Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally featured in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling various sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
